If you have locked your account due to too many incorrect logins, you will need to reset your PIN/Password. This will send you a new PIN and unlock your account ready for use:
- Open the MiPermit login page and go to the 'Forgotten PIN' link or Click here to go to the reset page.
- Enter your member number (typically your mobile phone number or landline number or email address) and a vehicle registraion number which is on your account.
We'll send you a new PIN/Password to your registered mobile phone by SMS, or your registered email address. You can then login and change your PIN/Password to a more memorable one.
