How to Reset your PIN/Password

If you have forgotten your PIN/Password to login to your account you can:

  • Open the MiPermit login page and go to the 'Forgotten Password' link or Click here to go to the reset page.
  • Enter your member number (typically your mobile phone number or landline number) and a vehicle registration number which is on your account.

We'll send you a new PIN/Password to your registered mobile phone by SMS, or to your registered email address. You can then login and change your PIN/Password to a more memorable one if required.
