Pay & Stay Refunds

Refunds can only be given with proof of duplicate payments were made on the same day or an error occurred which caused an overpayment to be made. If you purchase parking and find you did not need the total time purchased, a refund cannot be given without the express permission of the parking operator.

Refunds are made back to the same card the payment was taken from. We cannot issue cheques or refund payments to another account as per Money Laundering laws within the UK.

In all cases, you should get in contact to the parking operator or the MiPermit customer services team and give as much information as possible so your request can be dealt with promptly.

Residents & Visitor, Season Tickets, Waiver Permits Refunds

Refunds for these permits are at the discretion of the parking operator. You should request your refund via your parking operator or the MiPermit customer services team who will discuss this with the parking operator. It may be that a pro-rata refund may be given and an administration fee added for the refund to be made, but this will be dependant on the parking operator.
