How to Purchase a Waiver

Waiver permits, or dispensations, can be purchased via the MiPermit global portal or from the parking operators MiPermit portal.

Waivers allow you to park in restricted zones such as roads marked with yellow lines or parking bays. It is important that you read the conditions of the Waiver before applying for one.

Some parking operators require proof of residency for a waiver to be issued or have elected to manually approve waiver requests. The parking operators portal will state the approval process and time scales involved.

When using a waiver you must adhere to the terms of parking for the waiver to be valid.
